2. Reservation and Booking Policies
All room rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in along with valid government-issued identification.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the room type and rate selected. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms. In general, cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
4. Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to a room at Vinktarox Hotel & Casino. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid identification is required at check-in.
The minimum age to enter the casino area and participate in gambling activities is 21 years. Valid identification is required and will be checked upon entry to the casino floor.
5. Casino Rules and Regulations
All casino games are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Nevada Gaming Commission. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to remove any person from the premises for any reason.
Photography, video recording, and mobile phone use are prohibited while playing at gaming tables. Appropriate attire is required in all areas of the casino.
6. Property Policies
Vinktarox Hotel & Casino is a non-smoking property, except in designated areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
The hotel does not accept pets, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In-room safes are provided for guest use.
7. Liability and Damages
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their guests. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
Vinktarox Hotel & Casino is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
